Privacy Policy for PomodoroTimer2026
Effective date: 4 April 2026
PomodoroTimer2026 is designed to help users manage focus sessions and breaks. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Information the app stores
- Session statistics such as completed focus rounds, total minutes focused today, streak count, and selected timer settings are stored locally on your device.
- Notification scheduling data may be used to deliver local reminders when a focus or break session ends.
Advertising
PomodoroTimer2026 uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, diagnostics, and advertising data in accordance with Google's policies. You can review Google’s policies here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The publisher declaration for advertising is available through the project ads.txt file at ads.txt.
Analytics
The current release does not send your personal focus history to a custom backend operated by the developer. Core progress data remains on-device unless third-party ad services collect technical information required for ad delivery and fraud prevention.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing without a parent or guardian.
Your choices
- You may stop using the app at any time.
- You may reset your progress by clearing app data or reinstalling the app.
- You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
